REFUND AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

1. Cancellation and exchange

Once an order has been placed on our site, you can cancel or change it by sending us an email.

Once an order has been packed, it cannot be cancelled or modified; Instead, the order must be returned to us in accordance with paragraph 2 below.

As we work with a fully automated system, orders are triggered immediately after they are sent. It is therefore unfortunately not possible to interrupt the shipping process until delivery.

If the goods(s) are/are already on their way to you, a cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the merchandise before sending it back to us. Of course, you can still inform us in advance of your withdrawal. In order to guarantee a return as quickly as possible, please send us a shipping confirmation.

As a general rule, we process a return/refund within 14 working days.

For discounted items, we do not refund the purchase price, but we issue a voucher for the purchase amount.

2. Return and refund

Our return policy is an integral part of the general conditions of sale on the basis of which you can access and use our site.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can send us an e-mail in which you tell us the product you wish to return and send it back to us.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, have recovered or taken possession of the last product.

We must have received the product in order for the customer to be entitled to a refund. We will check that the returned product is not damaged upon arrival.

You must ensure that the product is returned to us in the same condition in which you received it and that it is properly packaged. The product must be unused, the product labels must not have been damaged and the product must be in its original packaging. If a product is returned to us in an inappropriate condition, we reserve the right not to accept the return of the product.

Our return processing time depends on the volume and quantity of items in your order.

If we are satisfied with the condition of the product you are returning to us, we will send you an email to approve your return. A refund will be issued immediately to the payment method used for the order, after we have sent you a notification of approval of your return.

The withdrawal is complete when we have received the physical items.

The customer must cover and pay for the return of the items to our warehouse and the related costs.

3. Steps for cancellation

1. Request the cancellation form from our support by e-mail:

2. Send the goods to our return address:

The return address will be communicated to you by our customer service employee at the same time as the cancellation form.

Please only use a return method with tracking number so that we can attribute your return.

In this way, you inform us in advance of the return and the goods received can be clearly attributed to the correct order.

Only in this way can we guarantee a quick refund.
